What does the "quote within 24 hours" service include?
Once we have received all the necessary information, your formal quote will specify the models and finishes, quantities, currency, validity period, terms and conditions, and the costs included and excluded. Taxes, formalities, and destination charges are allocated in accordance with the contract.
How long should I expect it to take for Algeria?
The estimated shipping time is 40 to 50 days, from the ship’s departure from the Chinese port to its arrival at the destination port, excluding preparation and customs clearance. Preparation, documentation, and shipping reservations are confirmed separately. The schedule depends on the route, the ships, and port conditions.
Inspection, Warranty, and Replacement Parts
The terms and fees for the inspection, as well as the documents to be provided, are agreed upon before the order is placed. A warranty and support for replacement parts are offered; the duration, coverage, and terms of service are specified in the contract.
